This page describes how forgotten s.r.o. (Reg. No. 23642467, Nové sady 988/2, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic — referred to as "we", "us" or "the controller") processes personal data of visitors of frgtn.dev.

1. Data we collect

Contact form

If you write to us through the form, we collect: name, email, optional phone, project type, optional budget and the message body itself. We use this data solely to reply to your inquiry.

Email

If you email us directly at hello@frgtn.dev, we process the data you provide in your message.

Anonymous analytics

The site uses Rabbit Analytics, which stores no cookies and no visitor identifiers. We only see aggregated stats (page views, sources, browser language). We cannot identify a specific person from this data.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking or marketing cookies. We show no advertising banners and share no data with ad networks. Rabbit Analytics operates entirely without cookies or any client-side identifiers.

2. Legal basis

• Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — to answer your inquiry.
• Legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — for email correspondence and the archiving of completed business cases.

3. Retention

Submitted inquiries are kept for up to 24 months after the last communication. Contracts and billing data are kept for the period required by applicable law (typically 10 years).

4. Third parties

To deliver and host the site we work with the following processors:

• Resend (US) — outgoing email from the contact form. Transfer of personal data to the US is carried out on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission under Art. 46 GDPR.
• Rabbit Analytics (EU) — anonymous traffic stats.
• Cal.com (EU) — calendar for online call booking.
• Hosting provider — server operation and env vars.

We do not sell your data or share it with advertising networks.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. Send requests to hello@frgtn.dev. We respond within 30 days.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
